Tears are flowing all over the Rhondda and the rest of Wales this morning, as the harsh news sinks in that England have not won the Rugby World Cup.

It’s going to be a long hard weekend for the people of the valleys who all so much wanted their neighbours from across the Severn Bridge to win the cup.

Welsh people are already taking to social media to express their worry about things like will Eddie Jones be able to get his deposit back on the open top bus he ordered.

It’s Eddie Jones that people feel sorry for the most, he’s worked hard getting England ready for this, not winning the six nations on purpose was all part of his plan to get the boys to peak at the right moment, but he got the timing wrong, by just one week, it’s so so sad.

Mary Fringe, from Blaenllechau said, “I feel so sorry for the boys in white, I was so looking forward to them winning the cup, maybe they’ll still win the BBC’s sports personality team of the year, so it’s not all bad news really.”

To be honest, I didn’t rate Eddie but I realise he must have a quality that I was blind to, fair play I have a different opinion now, he is one hell of a coach.
